Promoting a learning culture that encourages curiosity and knowledge sharing is at the core of what I do

I have been in the corporate training field for just over a decade and I am renowned for my dynamic, motivating and humorous speaking style. I always look to bring a variety of training topics to the corporate world.   With extensive experience creating programs, I have delivered career workshops which include Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, Corporate Staffing, Teamwork, Sales Techniques, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Image & Career counseling, as well as helping to create and manage a Learning Center for a Fortune 500 company.  I delivered a wide variety of management and professional development workshops that met the organization's retention rate during a long merger process and followed up with courses to meet productivity goals after the merger.

A Harvard study tracked two groups of men over 75 years and those with the most fulfilling lives had one thing in common. According to Robert Waldinger, director of the Harvard Study of Adult Development, one thing surpasses all the rest in terms of importance: “The clearest message that we get from this 75-year study is this: Good relationships keep us happier and healthier. Period.

It’s the most important thing in the world, to form good relationships, it can heal the earth and help future generations handle stress and depression.

I'm an introvert in an introverted city (Seattle), and I've never been interested in marriage / kids, PLUS I work from home, so meeting people has been tough for a while. Even when I visit family in CA, they are on their cell phones with social media, like folks in coffee houses here. We used to talk to each other. This is having a really bad impact on depression, anxiety, and loneliness -- particularly on teens. :-(

What do people think will make them happy? Looks like entertainment and dreaming to be a rock star, which explains where we are today as a society. Blows my mind.

It's better to live alone, than being in a relationship with toxic people.
