Patience is believed to be the most important attribute that one must have as an OT so I'm probably one of the most patient people you'll ever come across
I’m a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist with experience in in-patient rehab and outpatient pediatrics. I boast a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and as a way of paying it forward, I have a blog to provide tips and resources for new graduates and OTs new to various settings. I have a passion for helping kids and families be able to participate in everyday activities, especially in sensory processing and feeding therapy. I have also completed multiple continuing education courses in sensory processing, DIR/Floortime, social/behavior techniques, feeding therapy, and an introduction to NDT (NeuroDevelopmental Treatment). I am extremely passionate about helping kids and families in feeding therapy using the SOS approach and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
