People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why it is recommended daily

My aim, when I work with clients, is to help them understand how to get the most from their mind, to help them understand how their values influence their actions and to guide them to create a success habit set that will support their dreams. I am regarded by many as one of the most informative and entertaining inspirational and motivational speakers around. You can trust me to deliver a relevant motivational or inspirational message that works, every time. I am a straight shooting, grounded and deeply curious master teacher that will inspire your team to deliver their best, every day. With every engagement, I always look to leave all attendees with a practical set of tools and techniques, which they can immediately begin to utilize and apply in their lives and careers.

If you’re healthy, I don't think an annual physical is necessary but a routine checkup every five years should be enough. My family doesn't have a history of serious illnesses anyway.

Keeping your health in check is good. I don't see any wrong about annual check ups. But having a healthy lifestyle is more practical and much better way to stay healthy.

It is necessary for me. IMO, annual check up would depend on your current health situation.

It can help but not actually the best way. I agree with it but if you will not follow what the doctor will tell you, it is useless. You have to do what is necessary.

Annual checkups are good for you! If you're ill, at least you can do something about it and seek treatment right away.

I don't go for annuals. I don't feel anything so I don't see why I should go to the doctor regularly.

It's a way for medical practitioners to suck money from us! I'll go for a checkup when I feel there's a need to, not because someone says I should

A lot of sicknesses go undetected or don't affect your health immediately. I think annual checkups are very important.A lot of lives could've possibly been saved had people been aware that they were actually sick in time to remedy the situation.

You know your body, if you feel that you are sick. Go seek a doctor, but if not, just take good care of yourself and that would be the best way.

I usually go for these yearly checkups. It's better to be safe than sorry!
