I don't get checked regularly. If I feel something really bad, that's the time I see a doctor.

It helps to get checked yearly. I have a family history of diseases so I have to get checked.

I agree. It should be based on one's lifestyle so that unnecessary tests are avoided and cost is reduced.

I do it because it's our company's policy to have our annual check up. That's mandatory, so I have to obey.
