Not necessarily! We need protein and one of the best sources of protein is meat!

I don't think so. Some vegans rely on healthy eating but don't exercise as much.

Not necessarily. Your body needs a bit of everything. You can't deprive it of important nutrients and think you're living a balanced or healthier life

It depends. You need to view it wholistically, are you consuming the right substitutes or are you depriving your body completely of essential nutrients

Of course. They stick to a strict diet. They're always careful with what they can and can't eat.

I am a vegan and I live a healthy life. I don't think that vegans are necessarily healthy, there are those that don't live a healthy lifestyle too. One still has to pay attention to what he eats, vegan or not.

I don't think vegans are living a healthier lifestyle as our body needs protein. You just can't rely on eating veggies.

Nature can really provide what our body needs. Though I am not a vegan, I strongly believe that they are healthier that me who eats anything.

I agree with you. They are more healthy not only physically but mentally and emotionally too. I have some friends who became a vegan and they seemed to be happier now. They exudes a positive energy and I am happy for them.

Of course not. Someone living purely on crisps or chips would be technically following a vegan diet, but it would in no way be healthy.

Vegans can have a balanced diet if they choose to, there are a lot of protein-rich food that are not meat, such as tofu and beans

I don't think so. Health is more than what you eat. You can be a vegan but if you don't exercise, you're not exactly healthy right?!

If done correctly, a vegan diet can be incredibly healthy. If you are following a well-balanced and varied vegan diet, then you should have no problem getting all of the nutrients required for good health.
