Bill Gates once gave up all TV and music in an attempt to improve his focus. Now he meditates instead. Gates said that both he and his wife Melinda enjoy sitting down to meditate - but on comfortable chairs instead of floor mats.

I have commited myself to meditating at least twice a day, sometimes through breathing exercises, sometimes through guided mediation, sometimes just sitting there doing nothing. Anyway, I find that if I meditate before I go to sleep I feel rested on four to six hours max.
