Let's invest in the growth of agricultural enterprises so they become engines of impact that transform rural communities.
I oversee our company's finance functions, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, and investor relations. I also lead our global information technology operations, ensuring our global staff have the right systems and tools to efficiently and effectively execute on our mission across America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. What I love about my work is the challenge of building a best-in-class operating platform that supports the unique needs of a non-profit organization, a non-bank financial institution, and an entrepreneurial enterprise pioneering new ways to improve rural communities around the world. I have worked for a combination of non-profit, for-profit, and public sector organizations that shared the common thread of working to harness the power of the global economic growth to promote shared prosperity. I hold an M.B.A. and an M.S. in information systems from Boston University and a B.A. in political science.

It is very inhumane to be honest, degrading and demoralizing. Even if they failed to reach their quota or goal, should this be necessary?
Is it necessary to humiliate your staff just because they did not reach your expectation?

Yeah, I am wondering too. Maybe because they badly need their jobs?

With our government it's everyone's fault but theirs, same in China, it is the ground level employees who failed to meet the quota, not the bosses who are directly responsible for meeting the quota....
This is humiliating and nothing short of bullying.
but i guess that a boss should possess the basic quality of being a leader... leadership skills come from inside and if he had been a great boss he could have somehow or the other motivated and could have brought in an alternative for the employees to reach their goals...i wish if the punishment is necessary then the boss should lead the crowd!!
I think not only is this humiliating but also a safety concern for the people involved. This should be illegal in my opinion as no one deserves this, no matter what.

China's government shut down the company after this came out.
