Write until it becomes as natural as breathing.

Teaching is in my blood. Growing up in a home of educators in Ohio, I knew from the age of four that I wanted to be an educator. After graduating with a degree in education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum, I began my diverse teaching career in Arizona. During my time as an educator, I have taught a variety of subjects to a wide array of learners, ranging from preschoolers to adult educators. However, the one thing that has remained a constant in my career is my love for teaching writing. Writing is fundamental in understanding all subjects as well as being the key to understanding and expressing one’s self. Working with students in a digital medium allows us to drop all other distractions and focus on the art of writing. I learn so much about my students as writers and people through their pieces. It is deeply fulfilling to watch each one of them grow more proficient and confident throughout the course of our time together as they discover and nurture their inner voices as writers. Currently, I live in Indiana with my two sons, Rick and Simon, and my husband, James. I love reading, writing, and spending time biking and running outdoors. I also enjoy trying new and adventurous recipes out on my family; although, I can’t say that they are as fond of my culinary experiments as I am. I am grateful to have a job that allows me to draw on the elements of teaching that have long been a part of who I am while working with students who continue to inspire me each day.

I am new to exercise, I realize how complex it is and I don't have the knowledge of how to do it. I don't know how to set up a complete exercise schedule. So I hired one.

Yes, I still need a trainer even if I can do it by myself. Sometimes you still need someone to coach and train you based on your progress or improvement.

I think it helps that you have a personal trainer. It's not really easy to get the body you want without help from a professionals.

I might consider getting one if he/she will be really helpful to me for I can basically do things on my own.

No, I am okay doing things on my own. I want to do it on my own pace and not with somebody else.

Trainers are professionals who are well versed in making exercise “fun” and more interesting by offering a wide variety of creative exercises. That is why I hire one.

That's cool dude! You and your wife will be happy bonding that way. My wife and I are not active and I think we really have to do that too as soon as our baby grows up a little.
