Financial stability is more important to me. I didn't take up a master's degree for nothing!

I need to be happy with my job! I used to be after the money but I was so miserable with my last job! I think I learned my lesson. Hahaha.

I have a family so I can't really prioritize job satisfaction.

We're the same! It's hard to choose the money every time instead of doing the thing you love.

I am young and I don't know what to do yet so I would do something that pays well first so I have the chance to do what I want sometime in the future.

Right now, I'm after the money. I still have to pay off my loans. Good thing is that my job pays me well and my co-workers are cool.

I do okay, money-wise, so I can do without financial stability. I want a job that I can do what I love.

I want to be happy with what I'm doing. I may be idealistic but that's just how I am.

Both are important to me. I will never be satisfied to a job if I know that it won't help me have the financial stability that I am dreaming of.

We rarely had job satisfaction when I was in the workforce. You had to work because you need to support your family. It doesn't matter what it is. As long as it puts food on the table.

I agree. Any regular responsible father would be like you sir!

I've been in my job for years and I'm happy here. The pay may not be that great but I do have opportunities to learn and attend workshops all over the country at company expense.
