I am a yoga instructor, helping my clients increase their fitness and personal health, in both body and mind.
I began my yoga journey at sixteen, while recovering from an injury sustained at a concert. I focus heavily on movement technology that polishes the aura while acting as meditation and a stress reliever. I currently run my own yoga studio and instruct both males and female of all ages and sizes. Although I do have a relatively small team of ladies that occasionally assist with the running of the studio, I manage the majority of the operations. I plan the lessons, instruct all abilities from beginners through to experienced users, and adapt my knowledge to suit individual clients who might be using yoga as a respite from their various ailments.
