Why are men overwhelmingly more likely than women to:

Kill themselves?
Be killed by others?
Struggle to seek help?
Die younger?

"Little boys are told not to be bullies. That it's not ok. They are being told to be less masculine" I'm sorry but in what world does being a bully make you masculine? It makes a you a weak dunce.

If everyone is kind and if you are shown love and respect then it easier to pass it on. I feel sorry for those that are not brought up with respect. Kids should be loved and then they grow up showing love. Pity there is not a course you should be put through before having kids.

Men struggle with emotional development primarily because of peer pressure and environmental influences during adolescence when the behaviors are learnt naturally. Hormones and our physical changes encourage relationships. If we don't challenge and understand our emotions, we fail to understand our motivations and we get stuck. Emotional maturity can be learnt at any point during adulthood. Problems arise when we don't grow.

While I agree with some points there’s others I disagree with.
I thought he was very dismissive of the men’s march as the clearly stated goal of that march (which wasn’t played in the video) was that along with showing the good in men, we can respect men AND women without putting them against each other.
As someone who grew up with a violent step father (who’s own father bailed before he was born leaving him to be raised by his single mother) I disagree with the notion that the reason there’s so many violent men is because they learn it at home, especially now with so many single parent families.
I also found it telling that the way the young man was able to turn his life around by channeling his aggression in a healthy and disciplined way through the guidance of a older male role model.
The docu does make some very good points. I just feel however it could have been a little more open to the other side of this argument. All in all though a good effort.
