I know that celebrities have an edge over regular women when it comes to getting a hot bod but you have to admit, their schedule is not easy to maintain as well and add working out on top of it is also probably not easy.

I've always been a fitness buff. I like to play sports and workout. How do you guys stay fit? Do you have a trainer to help you stick to your program?

I wish I were rich like her, who gets all the help she needs in order to maintain that body. I don't think I can squeeze a workout session in between driving the kids to soccer practice and keeping the house in shape.

Anyone at any age can stay fit with the right workout and lifestyle techniques. I go to spin class and I do boxing as well.

We made some major simplification changes to our family's ways so that our mom can get some 'me' time. She uses the time to go running and have coffee with her friends. I'd say she is pretty fit.

We just have to balance our life. Time management is important to be able to do this. Though you already have a family and kids to take care of, still it's not a valid reason not to look after yourself. Allot a time for yourself so you can do stuff like Yoga or any exercise routine that will keep you in shape.

The only thing that makes us fat is being lazy. So jog a little or do some lifting. Anything that can help you build muscles or simply make you look healthier rather than being obese.

I'm 57 and I'm in very good shape. I really don't do much lately (as of the last 5 years), so I really feel like a lazy slug when it comes to getting a workout. I'll get back to a regular workout routine - I always do - but it is so hard to find time with a 40+ hour work week and trying to make a serious go of selling my pottery and making a retirement income of what I love to do, which is painting and pottery. Keep moving, folks! Don't be dead in the water! As for me and my current workout issues, I am thinking of doing something like by-passing the gym thing and going back to running. Any older female runners out there?
