No matter how bad your boss' behavior, don't let it affect your work. You want to stay on good terms with other leaders in the company.

I don't bug him if he's busy unless it's really important. I know his work habits so I work around that.

I keep quiet when he's not in a good mood. I have to shut my mouth or else he will scold me for little things.

I stay calm and express my thoughts in a way that will make him realize that he should not be so angry about it.

I just simply keep myself compose and confident even if he is raging.

I once had a difficult boss. But I just waited a couple of years until he ceased to be my boss.

IMO, Work with your boss instead of against him/her and understand that you can't change your boss.

I can relate to that because that's the only thing that you can do. He is the boss and you aren't,

You can change the energy you spend on him or her from negative and resentful to positive and generative. Don't let him get to you.

I listen and make my boss see my sincerity in following his lead.

Yah, that's what I do too. How could you win? He is the boss.

For things to be easy, I just do what he says. No arguments make my life easier. Time in, time out.
