I am a sports minded person.

I am a volleyball coach in Wellington, been handled several schools and competed for different sports events around the country. I am divorced and I had 2 daughters.

How do you handle a problem employee?

Be consistent. If you say you’re not OK with a behavior, don’t sometimes be OK with it. Employees look to see what you do more than what you say.

I would usually give a second chance but it would depend on how much of a"problem" they are

I'd talk to the employee about his behavior for sure. He has to know that it's not right and either he shapes up or he ships out!

I would discuss to the employee about the specific problems

It's always good to give direct feedback to the employees know what's expected of them.
