They should try to always be available for the customers. Even if they are an online business, having live Facebook sessions with customers is a good way to be more available.

Some customers will be irate. Others will be full of questions. And others will just be chatty. You must know how to handle all of them and provide the same level of service every time.

Companies should prioritize customer service by ensuring that all negative comments are addressed and investigated. Do not allow negative press without validating and investigating the reason behind it and give the client some sort of compensation by replacing or refunding them for their purchase.
