If you have been fooled or scammed before by companies or individuals that offer an opportunity to create money in an easy way, you can relate to this topic.
How to spot a pyramid scheme? Anything to add or share?

Pyramid scheme... represents individual avarice of money, no matter the welfare of others. If we only change the pyramid scheme to help people who are at the base of this it would be great. I mean one person can help another in exchange for helping three others and so on. I saw that idea in a movie. I can't remember the name.

Look at all the sheep bashing hard working entrepreneurs for not falling into the pyramid scheme of: employee (minimum wage), manager (just above min wage), {insert all the “in-betweens”}, owner (million/billion $ salary they pay themselves). “If you don’t build your dream, someone else will pay you to build THEIRS!

Biggest differentiation is that you aren’t forced to recruit more people at a regular day job. You are usually selling a product or service and not “the potential of income.

Selling crap to your friends, or guilting them into selling crap for you isn’t an ‘entrepreneur’
The latest name for it is ‘Network Marketing’.

Actually Network Marketing was the first name for it. Then came MLM and then big name was Direct Sales, and now back to Network Marketing.
