I find my job very rewarding because of my contribution to society and the overall wellbeing of the public at large

I am a certified registered nurse anesthetist and I take my job very seriously, mostly because I play a crucial role in the success of a variety of medical procedures. Over the years, I have worked in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, dentists, podiatrists, and other professionals to ensure the safe administration of anesthesia. Some of my other responsibilities include providing pain management, assisting with stabilization services, and overseeing patient recovery. I hold a 4-year degree in Nursing and maintained a 3.0 GPA.

People claim about the wonders of apple cinder vinegar from helping you lose weight to conrolling diabetes. A lot of these evidences are vague or non-existent. Registered dietitian Sonya Angelone a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water with the meal helps provide the much-needed acid and helps improve digestion. Some research shows that vinegars, not just ACV may help lower blood sugar in people with diabetes but this was a small study. For beauty, it is used to help fight acne and may also be used as a hair rinse to boost shine.

I always keep ACV at home and I take a tablespoon daily. The main substance in vinegar, acetic acid, can kill harmful bacteria or prevent them from multiplying. It has a history of use as a disinfectant and natural preservative.

Apple cider vinegar has shown great promise in improving insulin sensitivity and helping lower blood sugar responses after meals. I've been taking it for a while now since I have diabetes and so far it's been good.

There are actually apple cider vinegar pills now too. Has anyone tried those and how were they?

I do not think that apple cider vinegar alone can lead to weight loss. Without making important changes to your eating habits and lifestyle, and expecting that only drinking apple cider vinegar would lead to weight loss is like waiting for the moon to be blue.

Apple cider vinegar speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn fat much faster. Since it is rich in enzymes and organic acids, it also helps in how efficiently fat is burnt as well.

Drinking apple cider vinegar as a health aid can cause damage to the lining of your esophagus as well as your tooth enamel. Apple cider vinegar is very acidic so never drink the liquid straight up. You can still get the benefits if you dilute a few tablespoons in a glass of water.

Be careful with this and your enamel health. Use a straw! Keep it off your teeth or you will have acid erosion.

There is no research to back up health claims about it. And there is not an appreciable amount of vitamins, minerals or pectin in apple cider vinegar, as is often advertised.

True. If those are the qualities you are seeking, you’d be better off eating an apple.
