Leadership skills are inborn and it only can be improved with learning and experience. Anybody can learn a skill but mastering it is a talent.

I think you learn the skills as you go along. No one is born to be an entrepreneur right off the bat.

Steve Jobs wasn’t even a graduate but his inborn leadership skills made him one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world. He may not know how to do the work but his leadership skills allow him to get the work done by others. An entrepreneur needs to know how to get work done by others.

A person is born with it, he should just be able to realize it.

It's definitely an innate skill. It's a cut-throat and difficult thing and not everybody can see it through or roll with the punches

We can all learn and study the characteristics of an entrepreneurship but very few people can succeed in that space and that's okay. It's either you have it or you don't

It could be both. Some are born to be an entrepreneur and some learned to be one.

Some people are born enterprising! They have a passion for business and will find ways to learn more.

You learn that skill. The more experience and knowledge you have, the better you'll be in business.

It’s not a question of technical skill, which can be built through experience or education, but more an issue of creativity, which may also be developed through education.

There are some who really disapprove entrepreneurship. Not because they don't have the skills. They are just not open for the possibility of being an entrepreneur maybe because of their limiting beliefs or perception about it.

It may be expected that you would be more entrepreneurial if you grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. You have that innate skill and the people that surround you help develop it.
