Yes, we have to adapt to the fast changing environment. The old or traditional management way is no longer suited for the challenges of our modern economy.

Hello!
Awesome news!
This is a brilliant article. Reminds me of the work Lisa Bodel does exposing and removing illogical rules and unnecessary time waster that prevent people from actually having the time and space necessary to do their job and innovate.
Hierarchical systems are everywhere: religion; capitalism; management.
This is the best positive and most powerful post I saw in wef ... This is what world need immediately. This post will be eye opener for most who want to hold control, not to share entire knowledge, not to train complete. If your soldier is powerful than you, he won't leave enemy to reach you!
Interesting concepts, but they beg the question: when “disruption” becomes the mission, what are the consequences for the business entity? Leadership is the key concept for success, and it does exist in limited quantities.
We need leadership rather than management. I get more of a"control things" feel from the word management, but a leader is more someone who helps people to get going in the right direction, someone who people actually want to follow.

Yes! It is leadership that is needed and it has to be situational too.
Very insightful piece there.
