I love politics because it challenges me. For me, being involved in politics isn't about having an opinion about every issue. It is about learning both sides of each issue and being fascinated by them

I admire the courage and the dedication of this homeless college student. Surely he will be blessed in the future for persevering today.
Who should we blame for things like this? Parents? Government?

What a shame... for the US, to not be able to offer free higher education to its legal residents and citizens, like some of its fellow European counterparts. Kids should not be homeless, or living in cars...

I am not American ..I did it for fun and adventure and loving it in the 90's.
Sad, but lots of old vans around.
No American kid should have to live like this for an education, but kudos to him. He is already a success!
A few should get together and buy or rent a large camper.

Stop going to college in California.
If you get into the building trades not only do you get paid to learn you end up with a job that you can use for the rest of your life that will always be in demand and you will not have any debt at the end of your apprenticeship.

But then they would have to do some actual work.
And you remain homeless after college because you got a degree in something that has shit for jobs, you became addicted to alcohol or drugs while in college and you can't afford rent because of college debt-- go to a trade school..save time and $$$.
