Organizations that embrace business process automation have cut costs, saved time, and asked their manual workforce to solve more intelligent problems. A lot of people tend to be against automation because they believe that it will reduce jobs and increase the unemployment rate. This is highly unlikely as it is very rare for automation to replace jobs. However robotic process automation is an entirely new industry and that may be a cause for concern.
