If you choose carefully, you can end up with a good, if not better, worker. Some ex-convicts are more loyal because they know it won't be easy for them to find a job elsewhere.

I wouldn't feel safe knowing my co-worker was an ex-con. What if he snaps and does something crazy?!

I hope my boss doesn't hire one, I'd be so scared to work with a felon.

We should help them have a new life. Giving them jobs would be greatly appreciated. They really need it to start anew.

Ex-cons will make good employees. They'll work hard especially they know that they have slim pickings for jobs.

It honestly depends on what crime they committed because some can be overlooked and aren't life-threatening

I would not feel comfortable working with an ex-convict, especially if we have a task to work on and we have to put in extra work and work after hours. I'd be so scared

I would give them a chance. Giving them an opportunity will let them work harder. They wouldn't waste it.

I think they deserve a chance but honestly, I would be scared to hire one and the constant worry or anxiety is not worth it so I probably wouldn't.

I think they should at least have a fair shot.
