Movies, Art Galleries and Museums are some of the things I enjoy in my leisure time

Initially driven by a desire to participate in the arts, I opened my first gallery in 1990 without any prior experience, training or prior connection the art world. After surviving the economic downturn of the early 1990s, I spent the following years steadily establishing myself as an industry and thought-leader. My gallery currently represents a carefully selected group of established and up-and-coming artists including Rashid Johnson, Dan Colen, and Paul Chan. I believe that it’s my preparedness to integrate both established market darlings and more unconventional artists into my program that really set me apart in the art world. The vision is to now establish a number of branches and start my own franchise of galleries, starting locally and gradually expanding to reach a more global audience.

Should you focus on today or tomorrow?

I'd rather focus on today. There's no use worrying about the future. It's just stress.

Both. You need to be aware of what you do now to have a better future.

It is advisable to focus on today than tomorrow. If you will give your attention to tomorrow, you will never enjoy what you have today.

Better to think about what is in the present most of the time but still have some time too to think about the future.

I want to focus on both if that's possible.

I think you should focus on both. You shouldn't let yourself be too blind about chasing the future that you are forgetting to live in the present.

Hi!No matter how I tried to focus on now, the future always pops up on my mind. I know how important it is to focus on the now to get the results that we want for the future but I don't know how to be still in the present. Worrying about the future keeps me awake every night and I feel tired actually doing that. It's like fearing something that not is existing yet.

I don't want to miss many precious moments today, so I avoid overthinking and just let my worries go.

I can relate to that. I want to enjoy this moment and yet I have to think about tomorrow. What my tomorrow will be.

I think it would really be best to focus on today for tomorrow is being shaped by you today.

“The good thing about the future is - it only comes one day at a time” This quote helps me calm my anxiety every time I stress about the future.
