I've started a home baking business to provide a gluten-free, grain-free, low sugar cookie that fits into virtually any diet. My mission is to educate the public on the power of food as either health promoting or depleting.

I am a certified dietician-nutritionist, who has been counseling individuals on sustainable weight management and disease prevention for 2 years. My mission is to empower individuals to obtain healthy food relationships and to clearly understand the concept of food as medicine. As a result of a sustained 28 pound weight loss, which began during grad school and from witnessing the yo-yo cycle of weight loss and regain while working at a popular weight loss clinic, I chose to create a functional nutrition practice where what, why and how we eat are all part of the conversations I have with my clients.

Endometriosis affects about 1 in 10 women. These incredible ladies are speaking out after spending years in agonising pain, fighting to get a diagnosis.

I’m so glad they made a video of this too! I know some of these ladies and so far this is the best endo video I have seen! I truly feel for July! Her story made me break down in tears. I’m blessed to finally be pregnant with my daughter ❤️

Good luck ladies suffering from this disease. I was lucky to be diagnosed early on, tried all sorts to stop the pain but only way for me to stop the pain for good was a hysterectomy.

I had a total hysterectomy because of endometriosis. 7 years ago this year. It changed my life completely. The pain and suffering was unbearable ☹️

Giving up gluten has stopped my pain, whereas I used to be doubled-up. According to some medics, endo is linked to Crohns. Quite a dramatic improvement for me. I have stage 3-4.

A hysterectomy finally resolved my pain. Endometriosis throughout abdomen causing urinary and bowel pain... non-stop near the end. I never realized how much pain I endured until after the hysterectomy and it was finally gone. Thank goodness I had my twin daughters young.

Had to have surgery two years ago because I couldn’t handle the pain. I had to go to many doctors just to get them to listen and had to travel to a different state for it. Everyone thinks it’s “just a period, it can’t hurt that much” sadly my body is ruined with scars and Keloids from that surgery and I’m still in pain. Currently in a ball trying to distract myself.

I'm so sorry for endometriosis sufferers. Thank you for making me aware. I had no idea it was that painful and debilitating.
