The way I see it, a prenup should be like this; whoever decides to leave first should get nothing but what they came into the marriage with and what they bought on their own. The end.

if you need a prenup clause on cheating you don't trust your partner for a reason. and if you don't trust your partner why would you marry him? and yes i meant to write him as all of those cheat clauses targeted men.

I get pre-nups when they talk about how one spouse will not take advantage of the other's success. For example, a Mexican singer signed a pren-up when he and his now ex-wife got married. According to that, it said that if they divorced, she got the rights to his name. So basically, she got everything that was his, plus the earning from his concerts and song sales, and left him in the dust. That to me is selfish, especially since she comes from one of the wealthiest families in Mexico. If they were cheating, I'll give it a pass. But if it was just a regular divorce, why the hell do you have to suck your former partner dry? Don't you have enough success without having to run away with theirs as well?

I seriously don't get why the ex-spouse deserves any money. Unless there's some children. well, child support exists for a reason. But without children? Wtf... I don't get it.

honestly, the most ridiculous ones have to be sheen/brooke and khloe/lamar; how those men agreed to such ridiculous money grubbing terms is beyond me. they must have really low self esteem. sheen was essentially paying a woman to be/stay with him (there's a word for that...x_x), and lamar pretty much signed over more than he could afford, no wonder he's hopped up on the happy-happy and in and out of rehab, i'd try to kill myself too with those conditions. no wonder khloe wants a divorce and THEN plans to see if they can rekindle the flame. wtf how messed up and money hungry can a girl be!

Ben Affleck lost a true goddess when he lost Jennifer Garner, she's the epitome of class X my heart broke when I heard he cheated on her :( I was stunned because she's so beautiful and sweet and I really don't know what more a man could ask for in a woman :( his loss not hers that's for sure x can't believe he cheated on her :(

Why do the girls get so much money? What if she was the one who cheated? I don't understand. Some of the them were equally rich.

LOL... I totally understand that when you are that rich especially you run the risk of marrying someone who is going to be a gold digger. But the thing is, if you have to equate your marriage to a business contract, maybe the person you are trying to marry, you actually shouldn't marry.
