I am a huge people’s person and spent just over 12 years in IT, fulfilling various management roles.
I recently branched out into Technical Recruiting, some of my specialities include Boolean Logic, and other advanced sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, Google resumé searches, and repository sites. I was trained and mentored by some of the best in my field, so I love paying it forward by sharing my knowledge with hard-working and dedicated individuals through various speaking engagements.

Good thing that there's a company that hire people who are all autistic. I know some companies that have autistic staff but not all their staff. So this one is purely for them, great!
What is your opinion on this matter?

So many great responses to this. Why aren’t employers in the U.K. providing these as reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act?

I hope that by the time my son is old enough to work, there are companies in the UK providing safe environments like this too.
Companies can get so much more by conforming to what let's the employee work well rather than 'expected' behaviours.

We have all of that except the darkened room, though a lot of people work from home and who knows what their lighting is.
Want to work there!
Like any regular company lol!

If that's the case, much better that it will feel just like a regular company even if its staff are all autistic.
I feel like I work in a place like this sometimes, too.
