Qualified Chief Risk Officer - in this this role, I lead the Global Risk Management team, which is responsible for developing the Group’s risk governance framework, recommending its risk appetite and ensuring that all risks generated by the business are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis. Before assuming this role in January 2013, I served as the Assistant Risk Officer for a multinational company, where I was responsible for managing the risks across all of the company’s businesses and regions. The various divisions included consumer banking, corporate and investment banking, securities and trading and private banking services.

Except humans doing reading *labour* or any other right column skills for work are in decline. The delineation isn't between what is and isn't important. It's of what is a declining marketable skill because there automatable.

What's funny about the drain of human labour?

People need to work and spend money to keep it all upright. If automating millions of jobs over the next decade pulls all those wages out of the market, whose going to be spending money?

This is a serious problem we don't have an answer for. This is the tail end of capitalism we couldn't see before the computer age.

But laugh about it. Sure.

The point is 'millions of jobs are menial and require only the right column skills. No one is saying those skills aren't needed for more complex contextual skills on the left.

The graph clearly points to a simplified dichotomy between the two, which is incorrect.
This looks like a recipe for brilliant complex thinking, listening, talking and planning but where nothing actually gets done.
