I think they are placebos! I don't take vitamins and I am fine. I am better than fine. I just make sure I eat properly and sleep early.

I do take a lot of vitamins and I rarely get sick. I've been taking them for decades and I think they are effective.

I think it works because whenever I feel myself getting sick, I take vitamins C and somehow, it stops the illness from progressing.

I don't take vitamins. I eat healthy and exercise regularly and that's enough for me.

There are studies that prove they work and I take them regularly.

Vitamins are a scam. They don’t work and buying them is a waste of money.

I think that would depend on the kind of vitamins that you are taking.

^^^ What I get from cheap delicious food without taking vitamins(I am going to be eating about 3 dollars worth of food today).

My advice is to generally avoid stuff that is"fortified" with vitamins or at least don't consider it as nutritious as it appears. If you go into the cereal aisle, you will see nutrition labels that make it look like junk food processed cereal is packed with nutrition but it is stuff that they have added to give the illusion of nutrition. It is obviously your choice, but you might as well eat a twinkie and a multivitamin. lol Beware of food licensing and rationalizations. Even health nuts like me have to be careful. Most people need to focus on eating less stuff that is harmful to health rather than getting more nutrients(but it is good to be concerned with both).

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I am very picky with the food that I eat that's why multivitamins is helpful to my health.

Yes, I daily take my vitamins. Without it my immune system is weak. Have to take it to be healthier and protect myself from any sickness like colds or flue.
