I think it's an ancient practice that should be outdated especially those that involve minors.

There are families that have this tradition for hundred years. Their belief is not easy to break or change anymore.

Some cultures still allow them but I would never go through an arranged marriage. I want to choose who I marry.

I have friends too who are Chinese who have married because of their tradition and I think we really just have to respect them. It is their life, so let's just support them.

It's an outdated practice! Why force people to get married and be unhappy for the rest of their lives?!

I cannot imagine myself in a fixed marriage. I am so lucky not to be part of families or race that observe such culture or tradition.
