I design and carry out workout routines specific to the needs of my clients. I start by evaluating clients' current fitness level, personal goals, and skills. Then, develop personalized training programs for them to follow, and monitor progress.

Exercising is supposed to be good for us but too much exercise is bad for us. It can lead to heart damage, heart rhythm disorders and enlarged arteries. Women who over exercise are more prone to loss of menstruation, osteoporosis and eating disorders. Men, on the other hand, may have lower libidos. Tendonitis and stress fracture may also happen.
