Each day seems so long, but the months fly by in a flash and I don’t want to miss a moment. Here's a suggestion on why you need regular family dates.

Asks these main questions that we want each person to think about revolve around the people, the experiences, and the opportunities we were able to have as a family and individually.

1. Who did you spend the most time with?
2. What is something new you learned this week?
3. When did you feel most excited?
4. Where did you go that was memorable?
5. Why was this week a success?
6. How did you make a difference in someone’s life?

The US really needs to hear more pro-family messages.

Wonderful isn't it? I hope more people try to make conversation instead of being busy with their devices.

I don't think it matters what you do so long as you with your family when you do it.

Spending time with family is the time spent well ever. We always feel better spending time with people we love. It just refreshes our bonds even better. Try to love and maintain a mutual relationship with everyone.

These small moments would eventually become the best moments which you would cherish throughout your life. If you are already spending family time, it’s great, and if not, please do so.

Remember those days when we were kids, we used to play with parents, laugh with them, cry, and share our stories. We used to say, “Mummy, this happened in school”, “Daddy I hit a goal today”. But as we grow from kids to teenage to adults; we start avoiding this happiness and family time. We are actually so tide up with our friends that when there is happiness or sorrow we call up or meet our BFFs. It’s totally right and fair. But, I feel that as an adult, we have forgotten our best time being family time.

Those are good suggestions but I don't think it should matter too. Laugh on random jokes like never before; sing and dance with your family, even though your voice is the weirdest in the world; play random games like Ludo, Snakes and Ladder, Antakshari; just talk anything which comes to your mind; learn something new from your parents, and vice versa. Just do those things which we loved doing the most in childhood. The most important thing to point out is that one should 100% listen to the conversation during family time, I mean whole-heartedly. Someday, let’s sit with our family and resolve any disputes or issues which might have appeared in the past. Let’s forgive and forget all the mistakes and bad phases of life.

A great post for all families. With most of our time spent staring at the screen of a smartphone or laptop, now, more than ever before, we need to take time out to bond with our loved ones. One thing that I’ve found to be a great way to spend quality time is with escape games. You can actually book these games and take your family out for a whole day of fun and games. And, you can choose the game based on the ages of your children too or their interests.

It can be challenging to find the time. Most of us are caught up in a hectic whirlwind of activities which start on Monday morning, end on Sunday night and then begin all over again. Time slips by as we rush to complete urgent tasks which relate to juggling jobs, running the household, chauffeuring our children, our parents, relatives and spouses to work, school, appointments and commitments.

Some families solve this problem by organizing big family holidays together. This allows them to get away from the day-to-day distractions and interact by building new experiences together.

I agree. I don't think there should be a set of question that you"need" to ask. Spend time and go with the flow. Put down your phone and listen to your family.
