Do you agree with this? What's your opinion of women athletes having to suppress their testosterone levels?

I am far from a conditioned athlete, and through hormone testing know I have high testosterone. You know how hard it is to try to keep that in check? Sometimes even with meds (& natural supplements) it's hard to suppress. Also through testing they can tell whether it was through other means, or naturally. This is bull!

If you’re taking testosterone to enhance your performance, then yes, that’s an unfair advantage. If your body naturally has a higher level of testosterone and it makes you a better athlete, then you’re a better athlete, period.

Do male athletes with high testosterone levels also have to suppress in order to compete?

Tall girls must tie their knees together to be allowed to play basketball... They have an unfair advantage to medium height girls... right?

So, let me see if I get this? No one can change their testosterone level without being a cheat. Except Semenya or another athlete with DSD, who are branded cheats if they don’t??!! Even when there’s no clear idea of the harm that may be done to them by imposing medications?! It’s the IAAF who is cheating here. Let Caster Semenya be herself.

Discrimination against women is alive and well. Do males with high testosterone need to suppress or high levels of estrogen???

Since everyone has a problem with it let's just have men and women compete in one competition and call it a day.... -_-

I think this is the first battle in the war that I'd beginning with trans women competing in sport.

800m running is pretty much 100% about the natural advantage some runners have over others. Muscle makeup, blood pressure, bone density - are we going to start regulating these factors for female athletes too?? Can’t everyone just shut up and appreciate her incredible athleticism??
