I specialize in training program design, workshop facilitation and workforce planning.

I have over 5 years of diverse Human Resources and Training experience, including curriculum development and training execution. I currently facilitate training programming for various organisations - approximately 15 courses - and provide high-level, strategic support to a wide range of clients. I work as an independent consultant. Throughout my career, I have been a trusted business partner to various clients, providing workplace solutions for some of the most challenging problems.

Would you pay for personal development training?

It depends on what I'll learn and i it will be useful. It's important who will speak too because I don't want to pay for someone who doesn't know their s**T.

Of course I will. It's for my own personal development so spending money attending seminars and the likes are not an issue to me. It's actually an investment. A good investment. smiling face with smiling eyes

If it will benefit me, then I'll surely pay for it.

If I can afford it and I like the topic to be discussed then sure why not.

I usually go if the company sends me so it's free. I rarely go if I need to pay for it myself. They can be expensive especially if the speaker is popular.

I'd look for a company that provides training for their employees. That's what I look for when I apply for jobs. Why pay if you can get it for free?

I do pay for trainings and seminars if I'm going to benefit from it. I like learning new things.

I pay for Toastmasters, but I get more than personal development. I work at home, so I need the social contact too. Other than that, I read a lot of books on the subject. I find though, that there are so many theories, it can be confusing

It is for my personal development so it is okay to spend money for that.
